Terms & Conditions

01About these terms

By using this website you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site.

These terms cover the website only. Any project we carry out for you is governed by the separate written proposal and agreement we send you, which will take priority over these terms.

02Using the website

You may use this website for lawful purposes, to learn about our services and request a build. You must not:

  • try to gain unauthorised access to the site, its servers or any connected system;
  • introduce viruses or other harmful code, or disrupt the site for others;
  • copy or scrape the site’s content for commercial use without our permission;
  • submit false information or someone else’s details without their consent.

03Live demos

The industry demos show the kind of websites and admin panels we build. The businesses, people, prices, addresses and reviews in them are fictional and for illustration only.

Changes you make in a demo are saved in your own browser and can be reset at any time. Please don’t enter real personal or payment information into a demo.

04Requests, quotes and orders

Sending a build request doesn’t create a contract. We’ll reply with a written plan and price. A contract only starts when you accept our proposal in writing.

Prices and features shown on this website are a general guide. The price we quote in your proposal is the one that applies. The order tracker shows the status of your request, but timings depend on the project and are confirmed in your proposal.

05Intellectual property

The content of this website, including text, design, graphics and code, belongs to Brixlite or our licensors. Photographs are used under licence. You may view and print pages for your own use, but not reuse them commercially without our written permission. Ownership of work we build for you is set out in your project agreement.

06Accuracy and availability

We work to keep the website accurate and available, but we can’t guarantee it will always be error-free or uninterrupted. We may change or remove content at any time.

08Our liability

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that can’t be limited by law.

Otherwise, we aren’t liable for any loss arising from your use of this website, including loss of profit, business or data, to the extent the law allows. If you’re a consumer, this doesn’t affect your statutory rights.

09Privacy and cookies

Our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy explain how we handle your information on this site.

10Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction over any dispute. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you may also bring proceedings there.

11Changes and contact

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they last changed. If you have any questions, email info@brixlite.com.
